Skye
Siberian Husky
Skye is very smart and energetic. She’s LOVES to play, especially wrestle with other dogs. We also have an 80 pound Golden Retriever, and they play wrestle all the time! She isn’t the biggest cuddler, but she loves her belly rubs and rear-end runs! We are looking for someone with experience in owning other high energy breeds, but also with experience with more unpredictable dogs, behavior wise. Which brings me to the reason for us looking to rehome: She can be very “resource” protective. Mainly with stuff she knows she isn’t supposed to have, along with the usual things (bones, dogfood, etc). The issue is that me and my wife will be looking to start a family soon, and we can’t trust her around little children all of the time, we are worried that she would take something of theirs then get protective of it around any of our children. This has happened many times with us, where she ends up finding something, then aggressively growls at us for getting close, only to try and bite us if we get too close. We have tried and tried to break her of this habit, but nothing has resolved it when she gets in this mode. We do love her, and she is one of the cutest puppers, but due to her, at times, aggressive behavior, we would like to find her a home that is better equipped to give her a better life. Let me know if you have any other questions, and I will be happy to answer

Koda
Siberian Husky × Alaskan Malamute
Koda has been a good dog for many years. He grew up with our family, always loyal, gentle, and steady. As our family has grown and life has changed, we can no longer give Koda the time and attention he deserves. He deserves a home where he can be cared for and appreciated, just as he has cared for us for so long.
