I know my dogs love people. Not all people, but 99%. That 1% they let know they are not welcome near me or them. Its not always the seedy looking characters that they alert on, but well dressed, clean people. I also know that they would never leave me. I will return the favor, holding them until their last breath. I know they are highly intelligent, but not in the way people think. They are MORE. They can reason, and think ahead in ways we don’t yet understand.
