About Manny
This handsome boy is Manny. He’s located in NJ. He is a pit bull mix & is about 4 years old. We rescued him in October after he spent two long years at a local Animal Shelter. We’ve done everything we could to give him a loving home, but sadly, it’s not a good fit and we want to ensure he finds a home where he can thrive. Manny is a sweet and loyal dog, especially with women. He can be very protective and on guard around men, which is part of why we need to find him a more suitable home. With me, he’s an absolute cuddle bug who loves playing fetch, going for walks, snacking, and just being close by. Because of his protective nature, he would do best in a female-only home preferably with no other animals or young children. Or if you’re able & willing to pursue behavior training, which unfortunately, isnt an option for us right now. He has so much love to give, and I know he would be the perfect companion for the right person. Manny is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations, microchipped, and has no health issues. He is neutered & is house-trained. I have all of his medical records available to share. We did reach out to the shelter to see if they could take him back, but we were told that if he returned, he would likely be euthanized due to his protective behaviors with men (i shared with them that he was aggressive & lunged at a male family member). We also reached out to several local rescues who were also unable to take him.We are absolutely heartbroken by this and are desperate to find him a safe and loving home where he can be himself. If you or someone you know could provide a safe, patient, and loving environment for Manny, please reach out to me. I would be happy to answer any questions and help in any way I can. Serious inquiries only, please!

Super sweet boy, loves playing with his belgian malinois sister. Good with young kids. Loves the river even though he’s not a swimmer. Loves going to the park and walks. A big cuddle bug.

Apollo
American PitBull Terrier × Labrador Retriever
Apollo was adopted from his foster parents at 8 weeks. His birthday is June 8th 2024. Apollo is now 10 months. He is a lab/pit mix. Apollo is looking for a family oriented home. He loves his family & being up under people. That means lots of licks and cuddles! Apollo is a bit shy with strangers/even anxious depending on the person's. He likes kids and is very inquistive and friendly with other dogs. of all sizes! He's a gentle giant who loves to play and needs a lot of attention and care. He loves to eat. His favorite snacks are cucumber skins and fruits. (Oranges, bananas) Apollo knows fundamental commands. He sits, leaves it (sometimes) and he makes good eye contact with the "look at me" command. One con can be his seperation anxiety. He doesnt like being without his family. But overall, Apollo is an incredibly good boy just looking for a forever home

Stratos
American PitBull Terrier × Labrador Retriever
These puppies were found under a shed in another town. A friend reached out to me and instead of sending them to the humane society..we took them in and have taken them to the vet. They're up to date on shots and have a clean bill of health. We will be getting them neutered in april before they're ready to go to their new homes.

Maki
American PitBull Terrier × Labrador Retriever
Say hello to Maki, the dog who somehow manages to be both a zooming ball of energy and a world-class couch potato. She’s got the boundless enthusiasm of a toddler who’s had three juice boxes... and the snoozing skills of a retired nap champion. Need a jogging buddy? She’s your girl. Want a Netflix partner who won’t spoil the plot? Maki’s already on the couch, waiting. Maki is an absolute sweetheart with people – adults, kids, strangers on the sidewalk – everyone gets the royal treatment. She’s all about giving hugs, sneaky kisses, and tail-wagging greetings that’ll melt your heart. Best of all? She’s not a barker or an attention hog. No drama here – just cuddles, calm vibes, and soft squishy toys. Speaking of toys… don’t even mention squishy toys or tug-of-war unless you’re ready to commit. Maki takes her playtime very seriously. Her squishies are her prized possessions, and she’ll proudly parade them around like trophies. Tug-of-war? She’s a champion. But don’t worry – she’s all about fun, not teeth. Maki is fully potty trained and a breeze to have at home. She’s the kind of dog that fits in just about anywhere, whether she’s flying solo or paired up with another pup her size – especially if they’re a chill boy-dog who doesn’t mind sharing the spotlight. So if you're looking for a goofy, affectionate, gentle companion who balances playtime with cuddle time like a pro, Maki’s ready to be your furry best friend.
