Meet Maya, a 3-year-old pug-chihuahua mix with a heart full of love and a dash of sass. She’s the ultimate lap dog—content to curl up and snuggle for hours, always happiest when she’s close to her favorite people. Maya gets along well with most folks she meets, but she’s got a bit of a territorial streak and isn’t shy about letting you know when something (or someone) is in her space. Beneath that little guard dog exterior, though, she’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loyal—a perfect mix of cuddly and courageous.
