Ace

Jack Russell Terrier

male
|2 years, 2 months
Greater Bridgeport Planning Region, Connecticut, US

Ace is a loving and caring dog, and i can’t express how hurt i am to even sell him. Currently i just cannot handle taking care of a dog. He comes with any food belonging to him, bowls for food and water, a cage , dog clothes and a food basket. Ace is 2 years old and in his toddlers years, he is very energetic, and love his squeaking toys. Ace love cuddling he likes to sleep under the covers and very close to you at any time during the day, if he sees a cover he will let you know he wants to get in with you. Ace eats “Beneful”for food. Ace is also very smart he demands water and food by tapping his bowls , he try’s to open the doors using his paws and he is very nosey. Ace thinks he is the alpha of the house is must protect he does not bite and has never bitten anyone but he does bark like a Chihuahua when he hears someone coming. Ace is a in home dog, he has been outside a few times in his life, however he has been trained for the bathroom using puppy pads in the home. Ace has also never gotten his shots Ace also has anxiety because i am usually always home he barks tremendously for atleast 10-15 minutes when he realizes im gone and not in the home. Ace means the world to me and i want to make sure if he ever goes with a family other than mine he is well within care, loved unconditionally, and fed

Jack Russell Terrier × French Bulldog

male
|3 months
Toronto, Ontario, CA

French Bull Jack, a mix between a French Bulldog and a Jack Russell Terrier, typically inherits a mix of traits from both parent breeds. They are generally known to be playful, affectionate, and intelligent, but can also be stubborn and require consistent, positive reinforcement training. Early socialization is important to ensure they get along well with other animals and people. Temperament Traits: Affectionate and Playful: Both parent breeds are known for their affectionate and playful nature, which is likely to be passed on to the French Bull Jack. Stubbornness: French Bulldogs and Jack Russell Terriers can both be stubborn, so training a French Bull Jack requires patience and consistency. Intelligence: Both breeds are intelligent, but French Bulldogs can sometimes have a shorter attention span, so training sessions should be engaging and kept brief. Energy Levels: French Bulldogs tend to be less energetic than Jack Russell Terriers, but the French Bull Jack may inherit a moderate to high energy level. Socialization: Early socialization is crucial to help them get along well with other dogs and people. Potential for Separation Anxiety: Jack Russell Terriers can be prone to separation anxiety, so it's important to provide them with companionship and not leave them alone for extended periods. Ideal Owners: Active and Involved Families: French Bull Jacks thrive in active families who can provide them with plenty of playtime and attention. Patient and Consistent Trainers: Owners need to be patient and consistent with their training, using positive reinforcement methods. People who can provide companionship: French Bull Jacks do not like to be left alone for long periods, so they need owners who can provide them with plenty of love and attention. Training Considerations: Early Socialization: Expose your French Bull Jack to various people, places, and other animals from a young age to help them develop into well-adjusted adults. Positive Reinforcement: Use positive reinforcement techniques such as treats, praise, and play to motivate your dog during training. Consistency: Be consistent with your commands and rules to help your dog understand what is expected of them. Keep Training Sessions Short: French Bulldogs can have a shorter attention span, so keep training sessions brief and engaging. Consider Professional Training: If you are struggling with training, consider consulting a professional dog trainer.
