Ophelia
Shar Pei × American Staffordshire Terrier
"💔 Looking to Rehome Ophelia – Shar Pei x Amstaff (Adelaide) Please read the full post before reaching out. This isn’t easy to write. Ophelia is a beautiful, intelligent, loving girl, and this decision is being made from a place of heartbreak — not convenience. I’m moving soon, and due to my landlord’s requirements, she would have to live outside full-time — and I just can’t abide by that. She’s used to being half indoor, half outdoor, and sleeping inside. Forcing her into being an outside-only dog would be cruel to her, and keeping her in those conditions wouldn’t be fair to either of us. I know in my gut that I can’t give her the life she deserves anymore — and as painful as it is, I want her to go somewhere she can truly thrive. --- 🐶 About Ophelia: Shar Pei x American Staffy Will be 2 years old this December Cuddly, playful, and full of personality — she gets the zoomies, loves fetch, and is happiest when she’s snuggled up or learning something new Loves pats and affection — she’s got a cheeky, clever, and loving nature Incredibly smart and food motivated — training comes easily when treats are involved Crate trained – she’ll go to her crate when you say “bed,” and often chooses to sleep in there on her own She had one litter due to my delay in desexing, and it was honestly beautiful to see — she was a natural, loving mother and cared for her pups incredibly well. I carry guilt for not desexing her sooner, but she was nothing short of amazing Desexing was attempted earlier this year, but she was too anxious to be separated from me at the vet. Another desexing plan was in place through Modbury, but I hadn’t yet received confirmation on payment plan and booking --- ⚠️ Important to Know: She’s become increasingly aggravated with one of my male cats (Banjo) and has tried to attack him. Because of this, I do not recommend a home with cats She may do okay with a calm, well-matched dog, but I believe she would thrive best as the only pet She is skittish around men wearing work boots and caps — she’s been that way since she was a pup. It’s something to be mindful of, and she may need slow introductions and extra patience Again, she is used to being half indoor/outdoor and sleeping inside. Being kept outside 24/7 is not something I believe is right for her --- 🏡 The home she needs: Someone patient, kind, and experienced with dogs A secure yard A calm, stable home with no cats and ideally no other pets unless carefully introduced Someone who wants a loyal, intelligent, affectionate companion — not just a dog for the backyard --- This is not about “getting rid of her.” This is me doing the hardest thing I’ve had to do, because I love her enough to make sure she ends up somewhere better. She is deeply loved, and I want her next home to love her just as much — if not more. If you think you could be that person — or know someone who might be — please reach out. I’m happy to chat, answer any questions, and make sure she ends up in the right home."

Russel
Shar Pei
He’s such a good lad. Never harmed a fly and never would. Brilliant with other dogs. And he’s great with my 4 year old and all her friends. I just don’t have time for him. And other reasons.

Ace
Shar Pei × Brindle Pitbull
, I am reaching out to see if anybody may be interested in a pit pei ( shar pei pit mix) my father recently fell ill to cancer and we have a family dog We've had him since he was a pup . My husband and I are looking to re-home him for the family as we don't have the space to keep him permanently ... He is not a cheap dog so we want to find someone who is willing to pay his re-home fee. Also someone who will take care of him ... He is 10 months old yet he is big. His name is Ace . He is potty trained , and we've been working on commands . He is really good with kids . And he is very protective. Looking to have him meet and play we have a dog park here where we live . And be re-home by the end of the month . Again please serious persons only he is a great well taken care of pet and he needs a great home of someone willing to tend to him properly.
