About Velma
Velma is very shy and scared of people and things that are new to her and this stems from her being abused from a previous owner. Due to having a new born, I’m looking for an adopter who is patient and understanding of frightened dogs and reactive behavior. Velma should not go to anyone with small children I can’t bring her to the humane society they will put her down due to her frightful behavior.
